Delete within the game
Open your profile avatar in the main menu → Account → … → Delete account. Read the warning and confirm. To protect your profile, the game may ask you to sign in again using the same method. Apple sign-in may require a new Apple Account confirmation.
What is deleted
Deletion removes the cloud profile, its primary cloud save, nickname reservation, one-time login reward record, and authentication account. Access to that account’s cloud progress will be lost. The request runs through the sign-in and storage services; if a network error prevents completion, the game shows a message and you can retry.
What stays on the device
Cloud-account deletion does not erase local progress or local device backups. To clear those, use progress reset in settings and remove the app and its data from the device. iCloud backups are managed through Apple settings. Uninstalling the game alone does not delete the cloud account.
Timing and help
Primary cloud records are removed when the request succeeds. Providers clear technical and backup systems under their own procedures; for Firebase Authentication data this may take up to 180 days. If sign-in or deletion is unavailable, email proton@kryga.com.ua with the subject “Proton account deletion”. We will help after verifying account ownership. Do not send passwords or codes. Email support is an additional help option, not a required step for in-game deletion.
