About the service

Proton is a tower defense game operated by individual entrepreneur Ostap Mykolaiovych Andreikiv (ФОП Андрейків Остап Миколайович), Ukraine. Contact: proton@kryga.com.ua. These terms describe use of the game, its online features, and this website. Mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

Game licence

For an app obtained through the App Store, the licence is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA, unless another agreement is supplied in the App Store. This page does not grant a separate licence to use Proton materials outside the game. Artwork, characters, audio, and code remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights.

Accounts and security

You can use local progress or the available sign-in methods for cloud features. Choose a nickname that respects other people’s rights and does not contain abusive or misleading information. Protect access to your sign-in method. Obtain a legal representative’s consent where local law requires it before using an account.

Saved progress

Without an account, local progress depends on information held on your device. Cloud saves require verified account access and an internet connection. If the game asks you to choose between different saves, check before confirming: the selected progress may replace the other save. Contact support about lost access or errors.

Resources and rewards

Gold, gems, runes, and other resources are for use within the game. They are not money or payment instruments and we do not exchange them for cash. Voluntary ad rewards are credited after the ad provider confirms the viewing requirements were met. Ad availability depends on the provider and network. This website does not sell resources or accept payments.

Fair use

Do not exploit bugs, manipulate requests, or use third-party tools to interfere with online services, obtain someone else’s information, or acquire resources dishonestly. We may restrict online access as necessary to stop abuse or comply with law. Contact support if you wish to dispute a decision.

Updates and availability

We may adjust balance, features, and technical requirements, fix errors, and temporarily limit online services during maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted network features. These terms do not exclude liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and online features are provided with their available functionality and availability. We do not guarantee a particular game outcome, uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or the complete absence of errors. Licence warranties and limitations for the iOS app are also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA linked above.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not compensate for lost profits or indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the game. We are not responsible for consequences caused solely by a faulty device, unavailable internet, unofficial third-party modifications, or acts of others outside our reasonable control, unless the law provides otherwise.

Sign-in, cloud-storage, and advertising providers may experience outages, and advertising offers may be unavailable. This does not remove our own duties in selecting providers, performing our obligations, or protecting personal data. Local progress may be lost when a device is reset or app data is removed without a usable save copy; contact support before resetting the game if there is a problem.

Nothing excludes liability for an intentional breach, harm to life or health, or any other matter for which a limitation is prohibited by law. Mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights, and lawful compensation remain available. If a particular limitation cannot apply, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy and leaving the service

Data handling is explained in the privacy policy. You can stop playing and delete your account through the profile menu. Uninstalling the app alone does not request deletion of a cloud account.
